Returns Info

We offer a 14 day working returns policy, during which the buyer can return the goods and request a refund should they wish to do so, provided the item is in the same condition as dispatched upon (including all packaging), otherwise a full refund may not be issued. In the event of an item being faulty, a replacement will be offered (if available).

Return postage will be credited when an item is mis-sent or defective. Return postage will be credited at Royal Mail 2nd class post for items under 1kg and Royal Mail 1st class post for items between 1 kg and 2 kg. For items above 2kg please contact us and we will organise a courier exchange or collection, otherwise the equivalent amount of a Royal Mail1st class packet (1751-2000g) will be credited. Any other postal enhancements will be at the
customer’s expense. Postage rates are available on the Royal Mail Website.

Please ensure that your name, order number and address (including postcode) are clearly marked on the back of the package and that Proof of Postage is attained at post office.
